Tell us the deadline.
Send the details of your matter and a consultant will respond with the documents required, the government fees involved and a realistic timeline. Visitors are welcome at our Sheikh Zayed Road office.
Office & direct lines
Before you send your file, a few quick answers.
Most first messages to our office ask a version of the same handful of questions, so we have answered them here directly. If your situation is more specific, the form above still reaches a consultant who will reply with details tailored to your matter rather than a generic response.
What should I send with my first message?
A short description of what you need and, where relevant, a photo or scan of the document in question is enough to start. Passport copies, trade licences, tenancy contracts or MOHRE notices are common attachments, but you are welcome to describe the situation first and let a consultant tell you exactly what is required.
How quickly will someone respond?
Messages received during office hours are typically answered within two hours, and WhatsApp messages are often faster. Requests sent outside working hours are picked up first thing the next business day, and Saturday appointments can be arranged in advance.
Do I need to visit the office in person?
Many matters, including document review, VAT filing and translation, are handled entirely online or over the phone. Some government transactions, such as biometrics or notarised signatures, legally require your physical presence, and we will tell you upfront if that applies to your case.
Can one consultant handle more than one type of request for my business?
Yes. If your message touches more than one practice area, for example a visa renewal alongside a VAT question, your assigned consultant will coordinate internally with the relevant desk rather than asking you to submit separate enquiries.
Will I know the cost before you start any work?
Always. Government fees and our service fee are itemised separately in writing before we submit anything on your behalf, so there are no surprises once a transaction is underway.
What if my matter is urgent, such as an expiring visa or a filing deadline this week?
Mention the deadline in your first message or on WhatsApp so it reaches the right desk immediately. Urgent cases are prioritised over routine enquiries and, where the authority allows same-day processing, we move on it the same day.
If your question is not covered above, send it through the form or on WhatsApp and a member of our team will reply personally. We would rather answer one extra question before you commit to anything than have you guess and submit an incomplete file.
